For Retail Customers:

• Shipping

FREE SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER, ANYWHERE! 

For orders from the United States, we ship them from the US, usually ship by USPS First Class (3-7 days), FedEx (4-7 days) or UPS Ground.

For orders from other counties except the United States, We ship your order from China, Shipping time is about 10-18 business days to arrive for most countries, and we also have Express shipping way if you want it to be faster, It takes around a week to arrive. All shipping methods are trackable.

We will send a shipping email with the tracking number to you once your order shipped.

• Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return or you have any return question, please contact us at elmerguitar@gmail.com.

Damages and issues 
Please contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For Wholesale Customers:

• Quantity and Price

We have no minimum order quantity but the final unit price will be dependent on the quantity you order.

We have three basic quantity/price points for our wholesale customers.
These are:
5-10
10-30
30 or more units.
Simply you will get a wholesale price from a minimum 5 or more.
Please contact us for your wholesale order, we can offer you very competitve prices.

• Shipping

Normally we carry enough inventory in our warehouse that orders of any quantity can be shipped within 2 days to international addresses.
For wholesale customers, we usually use international express companies, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, etc. Usually good will arrive 5-7 days after shipping and the goods will be protected as we take care in our methods of packing.

• Samples

If you are a wholesaler and want to assure yourself of the quality of our goods you may order samples, please just contact us, we will give you our wholesale price for your sample order.

We add valued and long-term customers into our VIP Group, and they can get more discounts on their orders. We reserve the right to determine who is eligible for these benefits.
