The Fret Slotting Miter Box is for using to cut fret slots with a fret saw. The ball bearing guides the fret saw and make sawing accurate and faster, the fret saw is held perpendicular to the fingerboard, and the ball bearing unit can be adjusted left and right to match the blade thickness. The cutting depth is also adjustable by turning the top thumbwheels.

The Fret Slotting Miter Box accommodates fingerboards up to 10mm thick and 74mm wide, Made of aluminum, 305mm long, there are three mounting holes for attaching to your workbench, the mounting screws and spanners are included, Instructions are included.

New model with 2 clamps, no need extra clamps for holding fingerboard!


Our Fret Saw is made of Sheffield steel, made in UK. The blade is 10" long, and .023" thick. Works perfectly with our Fret Slotting Miter Box to cut accurate 90 degree fret slots.
