The Router Edge Guide is designed for use with our Router Base. When attached to the router base and used with a compatible rotary tool, it helps guide the router along the edge of the instrument and provides better control when cutting binding channels.
The guide can create binding channels up to approximately 3/8" deep.
Installation is simple: attach the Router Edge Guide to the Precision Router Base using the two included screws.
The roller guide is adjustable and can be locked in position with the adjustment screw. The routing height can also be set and locked on the Precision Router Base, allowing you to control the position and depth of the cut more precisely.
