Wanted quality without breaking the bank. Works as it should. Makes easy work for setting up the neck. IF I had an issue (I don't) it wouldn't hurt to be a bit longer to cover the entire fretboard.
Great jig at an excellent price, and surprisingly fast shipping. Highly recommend Elmer for guitar tools. I also have their nut slotting gauge which us excellent. Keel up the good work.
Super thick stainless steel, feels heavy duty in hand, works exceptionally well. Easily rivals other fret rockers I've seen for 2x the price or more (looking at you, StewMac). Lacks the uber-clean polished edges of more expensive tools and shows some very light milling marks on the machined surfaces, but as a machinist myself I can confidently say that it 100% doesn't matter for a fret rocker. A straight, flat, machined edge is more than adequate (and no disrespect to other reviewers, but unless you have a surface grinder in your garage, please, do NOT try to sand or polish the marks out - the mill they used to make these is 1000% more accurate than your sandpaper, trust me). While I love StewMac for certain things, there's no reason to pay more than twice as much for such a simple tool. Buy this one, hang it on the wall with the rest of your setup gear, and use it whenever you need it. Great quality fret rocker for a killer price.

I was so excited using it that I forgot to post. But WOWOWOW I am way through my first
fretboard and moving along. For this one i am doing resin fill, and its an Egyptian theme.
This jig makes drilling the tuner holes easy. Great product, a little pricy but worth it when the results are undeniable. When setting up multiple guitars this jig is a must.
I never have a problem with anything that I get from u guys,I will always order from u as long as you have what I need and I don't think that will be an issue,,, cheers guys keep up the awesomeness
Makes soundhole and rosette routing easy. It does fit the Stewmac router base perfectly, thanks goes to the reviewer that mentioned it. The jig was shipped promptly and it is a quality tool. This was my first purchase from Elmer Guitar, it won't be the last.
I was impressed with the quality and while it's no more clever than other rolling jigs, it's like butter in operation and doesn't give you the feeling it's about to come apart at the seams. If you regularly play with your nuts (sorry...), or saddles you'll love it. Pricier than the cheapies on Amazon and eBay, but well worth it in my book.
So much better than sighting the string heights with a rule. Well made product. Elmers customer service was great as well.
Used my fret press caul and insert today. Made my fret jobs easier. This is a well made great product.
I’ve been building guitars for a while and have always guessed at the final setup stages, with varying results. This eliminates guesswork. I tested it on my Gibson sg and improved its playability immensely. It played well before the nut adjustment, now it is amazing.
My very first solo build, this jig did a GREAT job! I can’t recommend it enough!
This press worked exactly as it should. All the pieces are easy to assemble. It comes with plenty of sizes to do any fret job. I was impressed. No bad notes on this sucker.
